Knowledge is a right,
not a privilege.
We promise plain, honest lessons on the things that matter in real life – money, health, reading, technology, your rights, and more. Free forever, with no paywall, no login, and nothing to buy.
Seven things we hold to.
Made for everyone the usual options leave out.
TeachEveryone is a free-learning movement built on one simple belief: everyone deserves to learn, whoever and wherever they are. We write short, plain-language lessons on the things that actually matter in daily life – money, health, reading, math, science, technology, work, and your rights. No paywall, no login, nothing to buy, ever. Each lesson uses everyday words, real examples, and small steps you can follow today. We're honest about our limits, too: we teach the general idea clearly, then point you to a doctor, lawyer, or other professional when your own situation needs one. It's written by volunteers and kept free by community support.
- The curious – anyone who's ever felt too embarrassed to ask a basic question.
- Learners without money for courses, tutors, or expensive tools.
- People starting over – a new country, a new language, a new chapter of life.
- Parents, grandparents, and kids learning side by side at the kitchen table.
- Anyone the old-school classroom left behind, who just wants a plain, patient explanation.
Free isn't a trick. Here's the honest version.
Here's the honest version. The lessons are written and checked by volunteers – people who know a thing and want to share it plainly. The site itself is cheap to run, and we keep it that way on purpose: no fancy app, no ads chasing you around, no data to harvest. Small costs like hosting are covered by community support and voluntary donations from people who can spare a little. If you can't give a cent, that's completely fine – the lessons are yours either way. We will never put learning behind a paywall, and we will never sell your data to keep the lights on.
The things people ask us most.
Is it really free?
Yes – completely, and forever. There's no paywall, no account to create, and nothing to buy. Every lesson is open to read. If you ever want to chip in toward our small running costs, that's welcome but never required – the learning is yours either way.
Who writes the lessons?
Volunteers do – people who know a topic and want to share it plainly. Every lesson is written in clear, everyday language and reviewed by at least one other person for accuracy and clarity before it goes up. We'd love your help, too, if you know a thing worth teaching.
Can I use the lessons?
Please do. Read them, share them, print them, and use them to teach a friend, a class, or your family. We want this knowledge to travel as far as it can. If you'd like to translate or republish a lesson somewhere, just get in touch and we'll help you do it right.
How accurate is it?
We work hard to get it right – every lesson is reviewed before publishing, and we fix mistakes quickly when they're found. But we teach the general idea, not your specific situation. For anything touching your health, money, legal matters, or safety, treat our lesson as a clear starting point, then check with a qualified professional who can see your full picture.
How can I help?
Lots of ways, big and small. Suggest a lesson you wish existed, volunteer to write or review one, translate a lesson into another language, partner with us through your school or group, or make a small voluntary donation toward our costs. Visit Get Involved to start – every bit keeps this free for someone else.
Do you sell my data?
No – never. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't run ads that track you around the web. You don't even need an account to read. If you join our newsletter, we use your email only to send lessons, and you can leave whenever you like.
